Mein beruflicher Hintergrund umfasst Geschäftsführung und Unternehmertum, Executive Operations, Turnaround und Restrukturierung, Projektmanagement, IT- und Business Operations, internationale Logistik und strategische Beratung. Ich habe ein mittelständisches Unternehmen mit bis zu 25 Mitarbeitern aufgebaut und geführt, war CEO und Head of IT Operations in Samoa und habe Transformations- und Operationsprojekte in Deutschland, Österreich und Namibia begleitet.
Meine Stärke liegt darin, komplexe Situationen schnell zu erfassen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und pragmatische Lösungen umzusetzen. Kurz gesagt: Ich bin der Mann für die schwierigsten Kunden und die unbeliebtesten Schichten. Dafür habe ich allerdings auch meinen Preis. Wenn ein Unternehmen ein konkretes Problem hat und dafür jemanden sucht, der wirklich liefert, kann man mit mir ins Geschäft kommen.

My strength is quickly understanding complex situations, taking responsibility and implementing pragmatic solutions. In short: I am the person for the most difficult clients and the least popular shifts. However, I also have my price. If a company has a concrete problem and needs someone who actually delivers, I am open to doing business.
