Gestatten, mein Name ist ******** . Auf diesem Wege möchte ich mich dem Auditorium vorstellen, dass sich ein Portrait meiner Persönlichkeit machen will. Wenn ich mich selbst beschreiben würde dann benutzte ich Attribute wie, wandlungsfähig, analytisch, präzise, logisch, aufgeschlossen, kritisch, manchmal ungeduldig, respektvoll und tolerant beschreiben. Das ist allerdings ein subjektives Bild, das Außenstehende sicher anders beurteilen – frei nach dem Motto eine Wetterlage zwei Meteorologen, fünf Meinungen.
Was ich bisher zu meinem Werdegang beurteilen kann, dass ich die Neugierde auf neues nie aufgegeben habe und auch dementsprechend in den bisherigen neuen Herausforderungen der mir Angetragenen Aufgaben und Arbeitsprofilen schnell Fuß gefasst habe und dementsprechend auch ich würde sagen erfolgreich zu Werke ging. Das zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch meinen doch sehr bunten Lebenslauf.
Privat sehe ich mich eher als einen, den man anglistisch als „Old School“ bezeichnen kann, obwohl alte Schule es auch tut. Dennoch bin ich sehr technologie-offen. Um beides in einem Rahmen als Bild zu vereinen, ein Beispiel: wenn ich privat zum Essen ausgehe, dann bleibt mein Mobilfunktelefon zu Hause liegen. Wenn ich mit jemandem privat verabredet bin, dann dient das privater Konversion – geschäftlich ist das etwas anderes. Das kann als altmodisch Bezeichnet werden, aber auch Gelassenheit gehört zu den Attributen die mich beschreiben. Zum würde ich noch humorvoll hinzufügen auch wenn das ein weitgefasster Begriff ist.
Ich hoffe das gibt einen ungefähren Einblick, zu der Person, die hier zur Disposition steht.

Allow me to introduce myself: my name is ******** and I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to the judges may wish to form a picture of my personality. As a German citizen with permanent domicile status in Namibia I am fluent in both German and English. French, I had long time ago in school and I started to reactivate the learned knowledge.
If I were to describe myself, I would use adjectives such as adaptable, analytical, precise, logical, open-minded, critical, sometimes impatient, respectful, and tolerant. However, this is a subjective view; outsiders would certainly judge me differently. I am passionate about politics, economics, technology, sports, cooking, and photography, and I am eager to contribute my expertise, commitment, and problem-solving skills to your organization.
Looking back on my career so far, I can say that I have never lost my curiosity about new things, and as a result, I have quickly adapted to the new challenges presented by the tasks and job profiles assigned to me, and I would say I have been successful in my work. This runs like a common thread through my very diverse resume.
In my personal life, I see myself as someone who could be described in English as “old school. Nevertheless, I’m very open to technology. To illustrate both aspects in a single image, here’s an example: when I go out to eat in private, I leave my cell phone at home. When I meet someone in private, it’s for personal conversation — if we are talking business, another construction side. This might be called old-fashioned, but serenity is also one of the traits that describe me. I’d also add that I have a sense of humor, even if that’s a broad term.
I hope this forms a picture in brief about the person to be positioned.
