Kunden-Support, Inbound Telefonie, HR-Projekte, Flexibel

Hello and thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is ******** Mester.

As a certified Human Resources Specialist, my professional foundation is rooted in HR management, digital administration, and personnel recruitment. However, my profile truly stands out through my proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, international environments. Over the past few years, I have chosen to live and work in Thailand, where I most recently served as a Customer Care Representative for an international business service provider.

Living abroad has completely transformed my communication skills; because nearly all of my daily professional interactions, client consultations, and even my personal conversations at home with my partner are conducted entirely in English, navigating complex topics in a second language has become absolute second nature to me. This constant, high-level immersion allows me to offer your team a unique blend of solid German organizational expertise and a truly global, adaptive mindset. I am eager to bring this cross-cultural agility and my passion for human resources to a forward-thinking role within your organization.
