IT Manager, Generalist, OS Administration, Support

In 1988 I started to study the subject of car technologies at the TU DResden, Germany. While these Years I was always in our PC class rom over Night. Because this was new and it was satisfying my curiosity and my need for input as well. Since these Days I got stuck in this field. 1991 I started to work in the IT. In all shapes: as a freelancer, as an employee and even as an owner of a company.
I never tried cherry-picking. I just took the projects and jobs as they were available which got me in touch with everything the IT has to offer. So I see myself as a generalist. I got more than 30 Years of experiences in production, support, finances and last but not least the cruise industry to mention some.
I never got stuck in any honey pot, always drove out myself, kept keen, curious and agile. To learn permanently I see as the greatest advantage in this business which I easily consider as my dream job. In the end I also achieved to work as a data nomad. What a gift...
