E-Commerce Assistant – Amazon & Kaufland

I run an Amazon FBA and Kaufland.de e-commerce business and I’m looking for a proactive e-commerce assistant to support marketplace operations, starting at 10–15 hours/week.

What you’ll do:

• Create and list new products on Amazon and Kaufland
• Maintain and update product master data
• Handle customer service tickets
• Prepare orders/shipments online
• Support wholesale (B2B) customer relationships

What I’m looking for:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable learning Amazon Seller Central and Kaufland.de marketplace tools, or already familiar with them
• A proactive mindset: you bring your own ideas and suggestions
• Comfortable with AI tools, or genuinely open to learning them

Nice to have: prior Amazon/Kaufland/marketplace experience, wholesale customer service experience, German language skills.

Process: short written screening → video call → small paid trial task → ongoing engagement.
