I learnt German at school and now have a German language diploma.
I have a wide range of professional experience. I have worked as a translator, translating texts and documents from English into German. Then I worked for a German company, first as a German-speaking live chat operator, then I was promoted and became a group leader.
Then I got offers from German companies and started working online in two jobs.
In one, I was a copywriter, wrote blogs, took care of WordPress pages and translated texts for the website into German.
In my second job, I had almost three years of experience in support.
My duties were to communicate with customers by email and telephone and to provide support and advice. I also have experience with invoices, deliveries and orders. I have experience working with eBay and Amazon.
I studied psychology at university and I think I can use the knowledge I have gained here to good effect in both my personal and professional life. It helps me to deal well with people in both professional and private situations, resolve conflicts and improve communication. I am very responsible and able to positively influence any situation. I have also gained extensive experience in German companies, which has helped me to work punctually and reliably.
