Social Media Marketing Manager (m/f) – Remote

Location: Remote Type: Full-time, flexible hours Compensation: $2,000 fixed monthly salary + performance-based bonuses

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, dynamic person to take our social media marketing to the next level. You think in videos, live and breathe trends, and have a sharp instinct for what actually works on social? Then we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing creative video ideas and concepts for our social media channels
• Trend and video research – you know what’s hot before it’s hot
• Coordinating and managing our existing team of editors, uploaders, and additional staff
• Ensuring a consistent, creative, and high-quality content pipeline

Your Profile

• Demonstrable experience in social media (personal projects, agency, in-house – we’re open)
• English at a minimum C1 level (spoken and written) – this is mandatory, no exceptions
• Fluent in German in a bonus : )
• A strong creative eye and real passion for creative work
• Excellent communication skills
• Independent, structured, and dynamic working style
• Experience managing team members is a plus, but not a must
• A modern smartphone and an up-to-date, high-performance PC
• Stable, fast internet connection
