🎯 Your Responsibilities

• Support and lead a group of children aged 0–5

• Provide individual attention and holistic care to each child

• Guide and support new children during their settling-in period

• Handle administrative and organizational tasks within the group

• Mentor and supervise interns and trainees

• Maintain professional, open, and warm communication with parents

🧑‍🏫 Your Profile

• Completed pedagogical training (any educational background related to early childhood or pedagogy)

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 5 years of age

• Strong spoken English skills; German is a plus

• Confident in independently managing a group during staff absences

• A positive, humorous, and resilient team player

• Communicates respectfully and appreciatively with children and colleagues

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
