We are looking for a warm-hearted, motivated and qualified Early Childhood Educator with strong English language skills to join our dynamic and bilingual team in the heart of Zug.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Support and lead the children’s group

• Provide individual support and holistic care for each child

• Guide and assist during the settling-in period for new children

• Handle administrative tasks within the group

• Mentor and supervise interns and trainees

• Communicate professionally and positively with parents

Your Profile

• Completed qualification as Early Childhood Educator (Swiss FaBe Kind or equivalent)

• Strong spoken English skills; German skills are a bonus

• Vocational trainer certificate (Berufsbildnerkurs) is an asset

• Confident in independent group leadership during staff absences

• Humorous, resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality

• Respectful and appreciative communication style with children and colleagues

• Reliable, structured and independent working style
