About Us: We’re a thriving e-commerce enterprise focused on hardware-related products. Our primary sales channels include Amazon, with upcoming expansions to eBay and our own webshop. We have a robust market presence in Germany and are growing in France, Spain, and Italy. With suppliers from China, India, Germany and the Netherlands, we want to expand our product line while maintaining our dedication to high quality and outstanding customer service.
The Role: We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager who is detail-focused, proactive, and analytical. With at least two years of e-commerce experience, this fully remote, full-time role (40 hours/week) entails overseeing shipping and procurement processes, managing inventory, sourcing new products, and ensuring seamless communication with suppliers and logistic partners.
Salary: Earn between $1,100 and $2,000 monthly, based on your experience and work dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently monitor inventory and sales to predict demand and strategize procurement.
  • Manage shipping and logistics, covering everything from document handling and order scaling to packaging and coordinating with forwarders.
  • Oversee our European warehouse stock, optimizing distribution across various channels including eBay, our online shop, and Amazon.
  • Resourcefully source new products, negotiate prices, calculate total costs, and select optimal choices.
  • Execute margin analysis using our templates and manage sample procurement, including financial transactions and customs documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
  • You bring at least two years of supply chain management experience within an e-commerce setting.
  • Your organizational and analytical skills are top-notch.
  • You are known for your attention to detail and your proactive approach.
  • You excel in promptly communicating with Chinese suppliers.
  • You’re proactive and constantly seeking ways to enhance processes.
  • You have a talent for forging strong supplier relationships.
