Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn,
momentan arbeite ich als ein Deutsch sprechenden Customer Experience Representative für Teleperformance. Einer meine Aufgabe ist die Unterstützung die deutschen Kunden (B2B und B2C) in der DACH Region des Europas via Telefon, Chat und Email. Außerdem, mache ich back office Support wie Rückerstattung, Ersatzlieferung und Stammdaten pflegen in CRM (Salesforce). Soweit, habe ich in zwei verschiedenen Projekten gearbeitet: E-commerce und Autovermietung.
Als ein technischer Mitarbeiter für Polucon Services (einem Serviceunternehmen für Prüfung und Zertifizierung von Produkten und Prozessen mit agrarwissenschaftlichen Schwerpunkt) gewesen bin, koordinierte ich die Kleintenbetreuung sowie identifikation und implementierung neuer Servicedienstleistungen und Produkte. In der Vergangenheit habe ich bereits u.a. als technischer sowie wissenschaftlicher Berater für verschiedene Entwicklungs- und Forschungsprojekte mit Schwerpunkten in der nachhaltigen Landwirtschaft, Ernährungssicherheit und ländliche Entwicklung in Ostafrika gearbeitet. Als Projektberater war ich direkt an der Plannung, der Budgetierung, Trainings und der Mitarbeiterkoordination beteiligt. Als Unternehmensberater für Jamu Imaging Centre in Kenia, welche sich auf Radiologie spezialisiert hat, habe ich den Einsatz eines Informationsmanagementsystems erfolgreich entwickelt und implementiert und konnte damit das interne Betriebs- und Finanzmanagement verbessern. Durch meine Zeit als Kundenservice Mitarbeiter, wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter und Projekt Berater habe ich zudem Erfahrung in der strategische Umsetzung der Zielvorgaben von Projekten, den administrativen Abläufen und Koordinationsprozessen innerhalb eines Teams sowie in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit im internationalen Kontext.
Ich gehe jede neue Herausforderung stets mit viel Verantwortungs- und Pflichtbewusstsein sowie Lerneifer und Wissensdurst an. Ich bin mir sicher, dass mein ansteckender Optimismus, meine Motivation und Bereitschaft, auch neue Wege zu gehen, die Ziele des Unternehmens positiv beeinflussen wird.

I am currently contracted by MyTalent to provide back office support for German-based companies in the e-commerce sector. My activities include database management as well as processing customer claims. This role demands one to be patient/calm, empathetic, have great problem-solving skills, pays attention to details and is able to multitask.
I am also a freelance program manager for the German-based startup betterSoil for a better World (www.bettersoil.info) that seeks to apply nature-based solutions for increased agricultural productivity, environmental and climate protection as well as economic prosperity.
I have previously worked as a research assistant and technical project consultant in donor-funded projects that sought to promote sustainable agriculture, food security and rural development in East Africa. I was directly involved in the planning, budgeting, field operations, staff training and supervision. Such projects included the Safe Food Safe Dairy Project funded by the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the AflaStop project funded by the USAID and BMGF and the Food Africa project by IFPRI. Diagnostics For All (USA) required my technical support while trialing an aflatoxin detection device both in the laboratory and the field. In all circumstances, I had to actively interact with smallholder farmers and traders, local government officers and village elders. In addition, I carried out scientific research, data analysis and developed a database for the University of Nairobi’s Mycotoxin Lab. As a management consultant for Jamu Imaging Centre in Kenya, which specializes in radiology, I successfully led the development and deployment of a cloud-based hospital information management system that significantly improved its operations, financial management and administrative tasks. Further, we generated new business from partnerships with three medical institutions and cultivated professional relationships with relevant stakeholders. I was also the key account manager for corporate clients such as the Kenya Ports Authority, Premier Hospital and Avenue Hospital. While at Polucon Services Kenya Limited, I carried out research on new services and products, offered client support on industry and regulatory trends as well as conducted business analytics with Power BI.
My spontaneity and open-mindedness are well appreciated by both friends and colleagues, while my contagious optimism and enthusiasm motivates others to act.
