Business Development Management

* Projekt- und Prozessmanagement (inkl. ITIL)
* Produkt- und Serviceentwicklung
* Digitalisierung & Online-Marketing (Google, Social Media, Content)
* Teamführung und Organisationsentwicklung

I am an experienced manager with a strong background in project, product, and service management, as well as operational leadership. After several years in senior roles – including managing director of a service company – I took a planned sabbatical in 2019 to gain international experience as a diving instructor.

In addition to my roles as diving instructor, center manager, and quality manager, I also spent one year as managing director of an Egyptian company in the diving industry, taking full operational responsibility within a local market environment.

Currently, I manage a dive center at the Red Sea, where I achieved over 40% business growth within 18 months by implementing targeted improvements in marketing, digital presence, and operational processes. My focus is on clear structures, efficient organization, and building high-performing teams with a strong, positive culture.

I combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and bring extensive experience in:

* Project and process management (including ITIL)
* Product and service development
* Digital marketing & online growth (Google, social media, content)
* Team leadership and organizational development

I am currently looking for a remote position where I can apply my expertise in management, structure, and growth.
