Mein Name ist ******** Kadić und ich habe mehrere Jahre internationale Berufserfahrung, vor allem im Bereich Organisation, Kundenservice und Management.
Ich habe insgesamt acht Jahre auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff für TUI Cruises gearbeitet, zuletzt als Spa Managerin. Dort war ich verantwortlich für Teamführung, Organisation von Abläufen, Kundenbetreuung sowie administrative und strategische Aufgaben.
Zusätzlich habe ich Erfahrung im Customer Support und Backoffice für deutsche Unternehmen gesammelt, wo ich täglich mit Kunden kommuniziert und mit CRM-Systemen gearbeitet habe.
Parallel dazu habe ich mich im Bereich Design und digitales Marketing weiterentwickelt. Ich habe Kenntnisse im Webdesign, arbeite mit Tools wie Canva und WordPress und habe auch Erfahrung mit Google Ads gesammelt.
