Hello! I’m ******** e. I graduated from the faculty of Commerce and specialized in Marketing. During my studies I worked as a costumer service agent at Majorel. At first I was an agent but because my KPI’s were one of the best I got promoted twice. i got promoted to be a “Support” to the agent, where I tell them what to say to the costumers and what not to say etc. I was also responsible to taking escalated call to handle the costumer and offer them the best solution we can. Then I got promoted again to be a Team Manager where I provided daily leadership to a team of 20 through constant monitoring and coaching and by encouraging frequent and open communication to maximize their productivity. After college I left my job and applied for a Diploma in VFX where I specialized in Compositing. I learnt not only compositing but also Hard surface modeling, shading, texturing, and of course film making and cinematography. Im looking forward to gain further experience whether in the VFX industry or in costumer service :)
