Supply Chain Manager – Amazon FBA

We are looking for Amazon Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d).

We are seeking someone who already has >HIGH LEVEL< Amazon Supply Chain experience and would love to take full responsibilities in our Supply Chain! This job is not for beginners. We are looking for someone with years of experience!

What do we expect?
– experience with amazon supply chain more than 2 years
– experience with ASANA task management tool more than 2 years
– you want to learn about our products
– very detail orientated
– independent and proactive working
– take responsibility
– fluent in english

What you will be doing?
– prepare orders with existing suppliers
– prepare and double check documents for the order (order details, QTYs per SKU, prices, payment terms, product packaging details, …)
– communication with supplier, inspection team and logistic partners
– weekly reporting about all our orders (updates / current status)
– organize quality inspection and logistics
– update orders in order management tools
– ensure that manufacturers fulfil their deadlines and goods send out in time without delays
– past order COGS per SKU calculation
– learn about our inventory management tool and become an expert in using it
– manage FBA send ins
