Compensation:
• 15% of paid project volume (setup & upgrades)
• 15–19% Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) per client portfolio

About the Opportunity

We have proven a new model of digital authority for local businesses, property firms, and hospitality brands in Ireland. Demand is exploding — and we are now scaling internationally.

We are not looking for a freelancer.
We are looking for a Senior IT Architect-Operator who wants to build their own recurring-revenue business inside a fast-growing digital platform.

You will take high-level architecture and turn it into clean, scalable, revenue-generating systems — while owning and growing your own client portfolio.

Your Role — Architect & Operator

You are not “a developer for hire.”
You are a co-operator of the SmartCode Stack.

You will:

• Build and evolve our React / Java / API-first core system
• Maintain and grow your own portfolio of 50–150 active clients
• Receive monthly revenue share from every client you manage
• Scale your own micro-team (juniors) as your portfolio grows

You build it.
You maintain it.
You earn from it — every month.

What You Will Build

You will work on high-impact, real-world projects:

Infrastructure Rescue
Fix broken WordPress & Elementor systems (emails not working, poor mobile performance, corrupted setups)

Authority Hubs
Build modular, SEO-driven real estate and local-business platforms that outperform national chains

System Integration
Connect React frontends with Google Business Profile, Maps, Analytics, CRM and automation APIs

Clean Code Architecture
Replace bloated plugin stacks with lean, reusable, scalable modules

Your Tech Stack

Frontend

• React (expert)
• HTML5, CSS3
• Component-based, clean architecture (non-negotiable)

Backend

• Java
• API-first system design

Ecosystem

• Google Workspace, GA4, Search Console, Clarity, Pixel, AI deep search, Google Business Profile APIs
• WordPress backend & hosting infrastructure

Mindset
You know how to build a €300 landing page on the same core system as a €5,000 enterprise site — just with different modules.

How You Earn

You build a recurring-revenue portfolio around dedicated clients.

You also earn:

• 15% of every paid project or upgrade
• Ongoing income from maintenance, hosting, analytics and platform services

At 100 clients, this is a high net-worth monthly income in Hungary, Macedonia, Georgia or Namibia – while working fully remote.

Who You Are

This is not for junior coders or gig freelancers.
You are:

• A Senior React / Java Architect
• Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
• Comfortable owning production systems
