About the Role

Are you organized, proactive, and enjoy working closely with a sales team?

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist for the US market to assist our sales managers with lead research, contact management, meeting scheduling, and sales preparation.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Research: Identify new companies & relevant decision-makers

• Contact Database Maintenance: Update and structure customer and lead information

• Meeting Coordination: Reach out to leads via phone and email to schedule calls/meetings between sales managers and prospects

• Event Follow-Up: Follow up via email and phone on leads from events or large lead lists

• Sales Preparation: Create detailed lead info sheets to help sales managers prepare for calls

• Social Media Support: Draft and schedule posts on relevant topics

• Optional Sales Activities: Actively approach potential clients, especially in the SME sector

What You Bring

• Previous experience in sales support, marketing, or lead management preferred

• Excellent written and spoken English (American English preferred)

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

• Organized, detail-oriented work style

• Proficiency with email, CRM tools, and online research

• Initiative and willingness to proactively reach out to leads

Working Hours & Conditions

• 20–40 hrs/week

• Approximately 20–30% phone time

• Working hours: within 8:00–18:00 local time (Pacific Time)

• Performance bonuses for successfully closed projects
