Objectives of this position
-Effectively represent the company with a comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
-Research consumer needs and determine how our solutions meet them
-Achieve company goals through careful planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data and making forecasts
-Generate leads, establish and develop relationships with clients
Responsibilities
– Work with the current base and independently search for potential clients
-Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our client base and expands the company’s global reach
-Ensure the achievement of company goals by conducting daily check-ins with the sales team to set goals and track progress
-Manage month and year closing processes
Required skills and qualifications
-Experience in sales management in a corporate environment
Experience in successfully implementing the entire sales process, from planning to closing
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
-Excellent leadership skills
