Wir suchen eine smarte, strukturierte Person, die Lust hat, unsere digitalen Prozesse auf das nächste Level zu bringen. Du arbeitest remote, denkst in Workflows und hast Freude daran, Systeme sauber, effizient und automatisiert aufzubauen.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Workflows in Zoho Flow, Zoho CRM und Zoho Desk aufbauen und optimieren
* IT-Admin-Aufgaben übernehmen, insbesondere Rollen-, Rechte- und Nutzerverwaltung
* Anwendungen in Zoho Creator entwickeln und weiterentwickeln
* Prozesse analysieren, vereinfachen und automatisieren

Du passt zu uns, wenn du:

* Erfahrung mit Zoho oder vergleichbaren No-Code-/Low-Code-Tools hast
* strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenständig arbeitest
* technische Themen verständlich erklären kannst
* lieber Dinge umsetzt, statt endlos darüber zu reden

Wünschenswert:

* Erfahrung mit einer Programmiersprache oder Deluge
* Verständnis für Schnittstellen, Automationen und saubere Datenstrukturen
