Remote Assistant for KPI Tracking & Reporting (Art & Events Business)

We are a boutique art gallery and creative events company based in Munich, running both B2C painting workshops and B2B teambuilding events. We are looking for a reliable remote assistant to track and update our business KPIs on a regular basis.

Tasks:

• Collect data from Google Ads, Google Analytics, Squarespace bookings, Lexoffice invoices

• Maintain KPI dashboards (Google Sheets / Notion)

• Update weekly & monthly reports

• Flag anomalies (e.g. sudden drop in bookings, unusually high ad spend)

• Suggest improvements to tracking process

Requirements:

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Experience with Google Ads & Analytics reporting

• Eye for detail, reliability in delivering reports on time

• Fluent in English (German a plus but not required)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the events or hospitality industry

• Experience building automated dashboards (Google Data Studio, Looker)

Time commitment:
~5–10 hours/month (with potential to grow)
