Job Description: Developer for Automated PDF Generation

Responsibilities:
As part of a digital application process, an automated workflow will be developed to populate predefined government PDF forms (AcroForms) with datasets from Dataverse. The solution must be seamlessly integrated with Power Automate and Power Pages.

Tasks:

• Development and implementation of an automated flow to fill PDF forms with datasets from Dataverse

• Creation of PDF documents using Power Automate (including dynamic mapping, loops, PDF generation, and file management)

• Integration of Power Pages for user interaction and data collection

• Automation of PDF processing to populate AcroForms in compliance with official guidelines

• Automatic distribution of entries across multiple PDFs when there are more than 25 creditors, including sequential numbering and maintaining structural integrity

• Intelligent splitting and filling of forms when the maximum number of entries is exceeded

• Error-free handling of large data sets to ensure a stable solution, even with extensive applications

Requirements:

• Experience with Power Automate: Dynamic mapping, loops, PDF creation, and file management

• Knowledge of Dataverse: Structured data sources, lookup tables

• Power Pages: Experience developing front-end solutions for user interaction and data collection

• Solid understanding of PDF processing (especially AcroForms)

• Experience with repetitive entries and dynamic PDF copies

Objective:
Develop a robust, scalable, and maintainable solution for automated PDF generation that ensures efficient and error-free handling of large data sets, correctly creating and managing multiple forms as needed.
