Ich war 20 Jahre bei der Polizei in der Schweiz, davon 10 Jahre auf der Einsatzzentrale. Dabei auch eine Call Center Ausbildung gemacht. Dann 10 Jahre in der DomRep ein Hotel geführt, wo ich sämtlich persönliche, administrative, technische Arbeiten selber gemacht habe. Auch Gästebetreuung und Organisation von Personal usw. Kommuniziere gerne mit allen Leuten und versuche zu helfen.

I worked 20 years in the police. 10 years on the street and 10 years on 911 to pickup rescue lines. During that time we also trained in call center work. After that I managed a small hotel in the Dominican Republic. As was doing mostly by my self. Administration, organization of worker and technical work. I also was in good contact with the clients and helped them in any form. I like to communicate with ppl and help them in any form.
