gerne bewerbe ich mich hiermit auf die von Ihnen ausgeschriebene Position. Als erfahrene externe Recruiterin und Talent Acquisition Consultant mit über 13 Jahren Erfahrung im Remote-Arbeiten – davon die letzten vier Jahre mit Schwerpunkt auf Human Resources und Talent Acquisition – biete ich fundierte Expertise in der Besetzung von Fach- und Führungspositionen.
Ich habe überwiegend im deutschsprachigen Raum rekrutiert und bin daher mit den Anforderungen und Recruiting-Prozessen im DACH-Raum vertraut.
Aktuell stehe ich mit einer Kapazität von ca. 30 Stunden pro Woche für eine freiberufliche Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen meiner Selbstständigkeit zur Verfügung.

Jako zkušená externí recruiterka a Talent Acquisition Consultant s více než 13 lety praxe v remote spolupráci – z toho poslední čtyři roky se zaměřením na oblast Human Resources a Talent Acquisition – nabízím odborné zkušenosti s obsazováním odborných i manažerských pozic.
