Ich bin ******** , bin in München geboren und lebte dort 11 Jahre lang wo ich auch die Grundschule abgeschlossen habe. Im Jahr 2007 bin ich nach Serbien zurückgezogen wo ich bis heute noch lebe. Meine Erfahrung im Kundenservice habe ich in 2020 angefangen beim größten Onlinehändler der Welt. Angefangen habe ich als caller, dannach im doppelten chat und nach einem Jahr wurde ich zum Lead Agenten befördert. Im Jahr 2022 habe ich die Firma gewechselt und zwar zur Digitec Galaxus wo ich als caller angefangen habe und nach 2 Jahren in den B2B Bereich umgestiegen bin wo ich weiterhin tätig bin.

Hello, my name is ******** and i was born in Munich. I moved back to Serbia in 2007. I begon my customer support journey in 2020 and started working for the biggest online retailer in the world. Started as a caller, than moved to double chat and than i got a promotion and was Lead agent. After that i changed the company and started working as a caller in Digitec Galaxus. After 2 years as a caller i moved to the b2b department as a mailer where i work till this day.
