Job Description

I am recruiting developers for German speaking countries. The candidates are coming from Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. I need someone who helps me to find these candidates.

Your tasks are:

• Getting attention in the social media (Facebook / LinkedIn).
• Talk to candidates on the social media platforms. Convince them to work for us / our clients.
• Creating job postings.
• Making interviews in English.

What I need:

• English skills.
• Basic knowledge in the IT. Maybe you should know which programming languages are existing. Programming is not necessary.
• Sales personality: You have to convince the people and you have to advertise our job positions.

Nice to have:

• German. Is only nice to have, but not necessary.
• Programming skills. I make a programming test with the candidates. When you can evaluate this test it would be nice. But it is not necessary.

It is a part time position. Maybe 2h per day.
