German-speaking virtual assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential landlords in German-speaking regions
• Communicate effectively with landlords to negotiate rental terms and agreements
• Coordinate property acquisition processes, including lease negotiations and paperwork
• Maintain accurate records of communication and follow-up activities
• Provide timely updates and reports on progress to the hiring manager

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (spoken and written). Ideally German as mother tongue!
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related roles
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote/virtual environment
• Proficiency in using communication tools and software (e.g., email, phone, CRM systems)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with Airbnb hosting
• Knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations in German-speaking regions
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate time zone differences
