Position Details:

• Role: Virtual Assistant
• Type: Freelance/Project-based
• Location: Remote
• Contract: Part-time (15-30h/week) with Full-time opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online and market research.
• Arrange business and personal travel.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
• Manage scheduling and calendars.
• Assist in content creation (Ads, blogs, websites).
• Data entry and database management.
• Basic bookkeeping and invoice management.
• Provide basic IT support and manage website updates.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain internal SOPs and Wiki.
• Participate in team meetings and client calls.
• Be ready to work on weekends and handle last-minute requests.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a bonus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, and Canva.
• Attention to detail and high standards for work quality.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong work ethic and discipline.
• Proactive and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities.
