About Us:
At MiJa Marketing, a creative and dynamic marketing agency, we support businesses in strengthening their social media presence and fostering authentic interactions with their target audience. To expand our team, we are looking for a dedicated Social Media Assistant (m/f/d) to execute social media posts and engage with our community in a targeted manner.

Location: Fully remote, working in the German timezone
Working Hours: Part Time, 4 hours per day. CET afternoon / evening time

Your Responsibilities:

• Social Media Posts to be scheduled and/or manually published on related platforms like Instagram, TikTok or Youtube
• Posting of Instagram Stories according to timeplan
• Responding to comments and messages on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Manually searching for and identifying relevant social media profiles to interact with, following specific guidelines.
• Promoting positive communication within the community and actively engaging users.
• Meeting daily targets: achieving a set number of comments and engagements (likes, reactions, etc.) per day.
• Monitoring and maintaining community engagement to increase interaction rates.

What You Bring:

• Affinity for social media and experience with popular platforms.
• Excellent written English skills (German optional)
• Proactive, friendly, and diplomatic communication with users.
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and Youtube Studio
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools is a plus.
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated working style.
