We’re on the hunt for a proactive and experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. DESKSPACE is at the forefront of the ergonomic furniture industry, with products like height-adjustable desks and chairs. We primarily sell through major online platforms like Amazon and our Shopify store, focusing on the German market. Tasks

About the Role

As our HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with me, the CEO, and our team to ensure we attract the best talent to drive our vision forward. From managing end-to-end hiring processes to pre-assessing candidates, your role will be crucial in finding the right people to fit our culture and skill requirements. You’ll play a key part in growing our team with individuals who excel in the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Hiring Process Management:
  • Handle all stages from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Candidate Pre-Assessments: Screen and evaluate candidates for key roles, presenting the best fits to the CEO and relevant department heads
  • Talent Sourcing: Use diverse platforms to source talent, particularly in e-commerce roles (experience with Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
  • Actively search for candidates from various regions, especially from Europe, Georgia, and Egypt
  • Collaboration with the Team: Work closely with the CEO and team leaders to understand each role’s requirements and skill needs
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize hiring workflows to ensure efficient and effective talent acquisition
  • Use of Project Management Tools: Utilize ClickUp and other project management tools to manage and track recruitment processes efficiently

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Recruiter: Proven track record in recruiting for e-commerce roles, with a solid understanding of required skills for positions involving platforms like Amazon and Shopify
  • Global Hiring Expertise: Prior experience sourcing talent from diverse regions, especially Europe, Georgia, Egypt, and other countries
  • Project Management Proficiency: Skilled in using tools like ClickUp to streamline workflows and manage recruitment stages
  • Efficient & Organized: Able to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks within a 10-15 hour weekly commitment
  • Strong Communicator: Fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and team members worldwide
